Teens
Opportunies For Growth & Experience
Our commitment to Jewish life includes grants and scholarships to our partners to enhance teen life. We also offer camperships and awards for overnight Jewish summer camp experiences, so key in shaping Jewish identity. A needs assessment is currently underway to explore ways we can further enhance opportunities for Jewish teens with our community partners.
Young Adults
Connect with Others
With Greater El Paso as our stage, ElPasoConnect creates opportunities for adults in their 20s and 30s. Through informal social gatherings, meaningful conversations, holiday and Shabbat celebrations and cultural and educational programs, young professionals connect with each other, with Jewish life, and with opportunities for leadership development, growth and engagement. Whether you are a long time resident, new to the city or just looking to connect, join us; our community is always open.
Caring Community
Social Worker, Support Groups & Emergency Funds
One of our key roles is to care, and to provide support and comfort to our community members. Jewish El Paso offers support groups to help with loss and bereavement, caregiver support and more. Our community social worker provides support on an individual basis. Our Emergency Funds that we established together with our community partner, The Jewish Community Foundation of El Paso provide some financial relief to people in need. If you or someone you know need assistance, contact us in strict confidentiality through our community clergy through our Community Directory or through our Comptroller.
Volunteer
Building a Community Through Service
It takes strong, engaged and active partnerships to help our community thrive and grow. We need energetic volunteers to make this happen. Whether chairing or serving on a committee or task force, serving on our Board, delivering food to our seniors, or just helping out, we need your help. Contact us to volunteer.
